How quickly are photos delivered?
Photos are delivered the next business day after the shoot, through a private online gallery with MLS-ready and full-resolution files. Rush delivery is available on request.

How much does real estate photography cost in Bend, Oregon?
Packages start at $449 for The Essential, which includes photos, a floor plan, and drone photos. The Agent's Choice adds a Zillow 3D tour with interactive floor plan for $549 (up to 4,000 sq ft) or $599 (4,001 to 6,000 sq ft). The Luxury Listing is $999 or $1,099 and adds luxury detail photography, a video walkthrough, social media shorts, and twilight photos. Every service is also available à la carte, starting at $249 for photos.
Which package is best for a mid-size home?
The Agent's Choice at $549 suits most homes up to 4,000 sq ft. It includes photos, a floor plan, drone photos, and a Zillow 3D tour with interactive floor plan, which qualifies the listing for Zillow Showcase placement.
Do you offer Matterport 3D tours?
Yes. Matterport 3D tours are available à la carte for $249 (up to 4,000 sq ft). Zillow 3D tours with an interactive floor plan, which meet Zillow Showcase requirements, are included in The Agent's Choice and The Luxury Listing packages.
Is drone photography included?
Yes. Drone photos are included in every package and available à la carte for $149. All aerial photography is FAA-compliant.
How do I book a real estate photo shoot?

How should I prepare a home for the photo shoot?
Declutter counters and surfaces, put away personal items, turn on every light, open blinds and curtains, and make the beds. A clean, bright, clutter-free home photographs best. Tyler handles the angles and the editing.
